At Arlotte' Bath Body & Candles, we prepare orders with care. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing and delivery
We’ll email you when your order ships. Preparation time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. We don’t guarantee a specific shipping or delivery date; carrier estimates, when available, are shown at checkout.

Shipping within the United States
For items in our general shipping profile, checkout may offer USPS or UPS services, $8 Standard Shipping, or free shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more. Available options depend on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Lip balms have a separate shipping profile with a $3.47 Standard rate within the United States. Gift boxes also have a separate profile, with USPS options shown at checkout. If your cart contains items from different shipping profiles, review the combined shipping charge at checkout before placing your order.

International shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.

Local pickup
Local pickup is available through our Local Wilmington Area option. The expected pickup time is 2–4 days. We’ll contact you to confirm the meeting point when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email or order number. Do not go to the N College Rd mailing address to collect an order.

Address changes and delays
If you need to change a shipping address, email arlottebbc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but cannot guarantee a change once an order is being prepared or has shipped.
